Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the bx88 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines published by bx88 from time to time. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and bx88 (the Operator). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the bx88 platform and close your account if one exists.

Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bx88 platform at any one time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, bonuses and pending withdrawals held therein. • You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number and current address.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

bx88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via approved local payment methods. All monetary figures displayed on the bx88 platform are denominated in BDT. The approved deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay, and such other methods as may be made available by bx88 from time to time. bx88 does not charge any platform-level fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which bx88 accepts no responsibility.

Breach of any of the following prohibitions constitutes a material violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, including real-money funds, bonuses and pending withdrawals, without compensation or recourse.

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, spin games, claim bonuses or otherwise interact with the bx88 platform in a non-human manner.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bx88 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, page layouts and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of bx88 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No user of the bx88 platform is granted any right or licence to reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape or otherwise exploit any part of the bx88 platform's content or technology without the prior written consent of bx88. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of bx88's intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bx88, its directors, officers, employees, agents and technology suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary losses or damages arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of or inability to use the bx88 platform; (b) any interruption, suspension or termination of the platform or any gaming service; (c) any loss of funds arising from technical malfunction, third-party payment provider error or network outage beyond bx88's reasonable control; or (d) any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in this section shall limit bx88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. In all other cases, bx88's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of the bx88 platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to bx88 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

bx88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice to players. Any amendment will be effective from the date it is published on the bx88 platform. It is each player's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes. Continued use of the bx88 platform following the publication of an amended Terms & Conditions document constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the bx88 platform and close your account.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the bx88 platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting bx88 customer support. bx88 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 72 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receipt. Players who remain dissatisfied with bx88's resolution of a complaint may seek further recourse through appropriate legal channels available in their jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits a player's right to seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
